Job Title: Superintendent Pharmacist (Community Pharmacy)

Locations: Agbara – Lagos

Responsibilities

• Manage online dispensing and purchase
• Overall control of the management of the pharmacy, including its professional and clinical
• Management and management of the administration of the sale and supply of medicines. Managing daily pharmacy operations and staff.
• Attending to our customers and ensuring that every customer receives best pharmaceutical care and counseling.
• Establish relationship with customers so they gain feeling of trust and compassion.
• Listen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer oriented approach.
• Calling customers to follow up on their progress.
• Purchasing of out-of-stock drugs and expanding product base. Ensuring proper shelving and preservation of drugs and other products.
• Checking for about to expire products and reducing incidence of expired drugs.
• Attending and presenting monthly reports in meetings. Ensuring best professional and ethical pharmaceutical practice at all times.
• Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures.

Requirements and skill

• Candidates should possess a B.Pharm, MPharm or PharmD degree. Diploma or certificate in leadership and/or business management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 -5 years of pharmacy experience.
• Should possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and Pharmacy management software. Highly motivated, well-organized, and success driven.
• Integrity and compassion.
• Problem solving, leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
